What's Happening?

My food this weekend has been mostly good with a setback of take away today for brunch but I don't count that as the evil fast food industry.

I also got my chainsaw and my vertical garden.

Then I read I needed chainsaw oil so I had to go back and get that. So I've been walking around pretending to chainsaw the missus up all morning now lol. I also got me herbs for my garden and I got 5 good cups of worm water from our worm farm so the new bonsai I'm sure is loving its drink today.

I won close to 200$ today too on the Denver Broncos can't believe bet365 had them a 7$ to win by 14+ I went straight on that and then listened to the game on my Android app which works really well. For a while there I was watching NASCAR and listening to football at the same time.

I am just about to hop in a bath.

 

Meanwhile heroin overdoses in Boston killed 2000 people..

My sister had her birthday yesterday and we did lunch (Mom and I) with her. The kids were all working or doing exams so we are going to do a family dinner on Tuesday before I start next round of chemo on Wednesday. I cheated and ordered sides in from her fav restaurant that we just have to pick up and grill some fillet mignon that I ordered from the butcher on the BBQ. It works for right now.

This guy is 4 years older than me! That's not my style! I like them at least 10 years younger!

Seriously, he is super sweet...a little dim... a great friend to have. He made me promise him 2 dances at my daughter's wedding and he wants to take hubby to a Falcons game.

I pushed myself last night in regard to my reptile phobia.

We were at my daughter's house and she got out her Bearded Dragon. I petted it.

Then she got out the Gecko. I petted it and then my daughter put it on my arm. I was in tears because I was afraid he was going to leap at my face.

Then she got out the Chameleon, which even she doesn't really like because it hisses at her and latched onto her finger, biting her, once.

I didn't touch that one. It had bright, pretty colors but the weirdest feet I've ever seen. I swear that one is an extra-terrestrial. I did watch it stick out it's long tongue and eat meal worms.

Honestly, I was at my freaking limit facing fears wise.

 

I meet reptiles like that too, with a size 8 steel cap boot!

Not really I mean I chased lizards around as a kid until I caught one and it dropped its tail and here I am holding this tail.. And I remember asking well why he do that for? Was told they do that to escape. So it dropped its own tail to get away from me. Well that's a bit rude I thought, such a silly creature. All ya had to do was be held for 30 seconds.

I considered a reptile tank but they really stink. Guess that happens when you feel them dead rats. Eww.

 

I'll probably stay on the couch in October when I house sit while they honeymoon.

That Chameleon is right beside my daughter's bed. The Gecko is by the foot of the bed, and the Dragon is in my grandson's room.

That couch sleeps great anyway.

 

I just ordered our Queen size mattress airbed. It's is double high so not on the ground. That's really it now we've got everything. Our final thing is the diesel jump start. I'm going to get one with built in usb ports and power socket so we will just use it as a charge station really.

I can't wait!

Only a month away now.
