Why are you stopping the SSRI? I'd be unable to function without the Zoloft and Abilify.

I'm going off the Celexa/Citolapram and back to the Effexor that I was on 7 years ago. It's a SNRI and I remember it working better.

I only quit it back then because I lost all my healthcare insurance. It's cheaper now so I'm going to try it again.

I don't think I'll come completely off the SSRI before starting the SNRI.

I don't want to be without anything and tapering off one and onto the other, at the same time, has been done according to what I've read.

I tried Effexor once and it made my symptoms much, much worse. I thought I was going nuts. Missed almost a month of work. But if it works for you then that's great!

You can cross taper between an SSRI and an SNRI... With your doctor's permission of course. (or not)

    She doesn't care.

She hadn't given a thought to how I was going to handle the switch until I asked her about it.

If you have both available as you decrease one you increase the other... Mg amounts vary though, so you would use percentages of final dose (or maximum dose if that's where you are headed.)

A lot of dr's are clueless about these drugs and can only spout out what the drug reps tell them.

She wasn't as concerned about me getting off the ssri as she was about getting me onto the snri. She wrote me 37.5 to take for a couple of weeks and then to increase by taking two of those. Then I call and report and she writes me the 75 to take and if I want to increase to 150 I call again.

Hopefully she knows you can't just stop taking these things.... But many doctors don't.

I don't think she was concerned maybe because of starting the snri? Maybe that would cover the withdrawals. I don't know. Maybe she was getting ready to mention tapering off the ssri and I beat her to it.

I suppose I have to paint my toe nails for this party tomorrow.

I made it all the way through the beach vacation without painting them but if I'm going to dress up for the masquerade I'm sure the toes need something special.

That's how cross taper works... one covers the other.

I'll have to go to the DG in the morning.

All I have is a natural color. I'm putting that on now. It can be my base coat.

I know right - what's happened to the NHS?!!

Someone got it out eventually. Though he seemed just as scared. Was funny.

Replacing broken vape glasses was not on my list of things to do today. I got it done but now I'm a freaky vibrating mess.

I'ma have some food and 1/4 muscle relaxer.

The Free Speech Rally in Boston was a complete bust.

There were only 100 or so trump supporters, neo-nazis, alt rights, and KKK members vs 15,000 anti-racisism marchers,
if the Nazis so must as broke wind in the direction of the counter-protestors it would have been blitzkrieg 2.0
