It's just the usual, generic "breathe, relax, exercise, meditate" advice

But if that helps and you need someone to tell you that, then whatevs

Sorry, there was nothing usual, generic about it.

It was also the words that surrounded breathe, relax, exercise, mediate that made the post special.

It didnt matter who posted it (could have been posted by spiff).......but it came from Mel's heart at the precise time to help someone.

4 years later.......these words are helping me through a tough time.

I could say more but why......it would be usual and generic criticism towards you.

I've noticed a trend. When people don't have the best vocabulary, they tend to use these two "big" words: asinine and ludicrous.

Why?

 

Im hopibg to get away to europe for a few days to a week. Maybe Budapest. Or to see my friend in Athens.

 

How do people in London talk, will I understand them?
