What's Happening?

I'm tired of summer too, it starts in April here. And I think we had a total of one frost last "winter" so the bugs and mosquitos have been crazy this summer and a bunch of my plants have some weird fungus/mold. I remember posting about my Boston ferns in this very thread last year because I decided to plant them outside even though I knew they would die when we got a frost. But it turns out one frost isnt enough for them and apparently Boston ferns are now perennials in this zone. Which is kinda cool, I like my ferns a lot, but ugh this heat

And I can't even get excited about fall anymore. Because it was 75 degrees last Christmas Eve

 

Heat makes me cranky, sorry for my negativity

 

It's a bitch.

I ran around to the pizza place, the skating rink, and finally the pool yesterday for my grandson's party; but, I didn't get the memo that the party was ending at the pool so I sat there for like two hours, in the semi-shade, in my jeans and sneakers watching people drink and swim.

 

Locally Boston Ferns love the heat and humidity of July and August but must be taken in before the first frost in September or they’re DOA.

You must live in a vary temperate climate for them to survive over the winter.


Hotwater

 

I've been putting together a Facebook page for our iRacing league and it took off too. Within a few mins there were followers and likes shares.

Then I made 3 other guys administration so it wasn't my page solely.

And then I came up with suggestions about our 2018 series in which I got told I'm thinking too far ahead. But I don't think so. What we ready got works so we have to look ahead so that's what I'm doing lol. My ideas are fun too they just sound too complicated. I got one buddy saying it's good but the other saying in the ideas folder. That's fine though, I like being a part of the team.

 

Whenever I get cranky, I play with my LED light up fidget spinner. I can just gaze at it forever as it spins my bitterness and sorrows into an abyss.

 

I'm rehearsing in front of a mirror for my wedding that I'm being an ordained minister for.

I try to free style it with what comes to me. But it comes out awkward.

Maybe I should write a script instead.

 

I love summertime. I want it to stick around for a few more months.

Then again my location is pretty much a summertime place to be anyways. Scenic river rafting in a river with crystal clear water at swimming pool temperature.

 

Strongly disagree.

You havent thought about bugs and sweat and humidity too but mostly the bugs.

A Combination Of Things......Firstly Teenagers Have Been Making Fun Of Me And Taking Photos.....

Then Over The Last Week I Have Been Approached By People Wanting To Buy Or Sell Me Drugs.....

When I Told Them I Don't Do Drugs One Guy Got Quite Nasty And Said......OK If You Won't Sell

Me Any I'll Buy Off Someone Else And Stormed Off......As I Said.....I Am Sad....I Loved Them But In The

Last Few Months The Negatives Have Far Outweighed The Positives.....Time To Move On.....

Yes I Kept Them.....But On The Positive Side I Had Them For About 8 Years......But In Recent Months

I Have Observed A Marked Change In Peoples Attitudes.....Even Amongst My Close Friends......

Don't get all this dissing at summer. I like it hot and sweaty!
Well... when there's a wave of annoying insects i get similar thoughts. And I might change my tune if it was a hot summer since april. Not sure though!
