My big black cat, Louie, comes to me a couple of times an evening now, asking for Reiki for his shoulder.

    It's the craziest thing!

gonna have to listen to Tommy tomorrow....getting too late for tonight, but made the mistake of starting it so who knows, another one of those that once started often HAS to be listened to in it's entirety
    another awesome piece of work.

My kitten has finally given in and allows me to hold him like a baby and rub his very fluffy belly.

I never got into The Who...! My dad was into them and has some LPs which I tried to get into as a kid and adolescent. Apparently the Who is not for me :p
I really liked Meatloaf - Bat out of hell as a kid (partly because of that awesome album sleeve, but mainly because of Paradise by the dashboard light) :D

have you ever listened to Quadrophenia? I
Even Townsend said it was the best they ever did, but it never gained the popularity of other work of theirs, I believe partly because Kieth Moon died before they had completely toured/promoted the album.
It is one of those ones that everyone should listen too at least once in their life, if not for the music then for the story.
    it truly is a masterpiece.

Yes, my dad had Quadrophenia on LP as well. In my teens had it on mp3 too. I'm not saying it sucks, just that its not for me, my cup if tea etc. :p Clearly not my kind of rock

Like me, I'm not a Grateful Dead fan. Their music strikes no note of resonance in me.

Grateful Dead are overall not spend well on me neither. Don't think that will ever change.
