The remote control on my TV has mysteriously sprung back into life, after being malfunctioning for around two years. Must be aliens.

I'm torn between getting a iPhone or the Samsung.

I want the Samsung but I find the menus to be too busy and clunky looking. I have read you can group apps at least. I like everything I read about the Galaxy, but, I have so much invested music and apps tied up in iTunes I don't know how easy it is to transfer all that music over. It seems like a chore I may be too lazy to commit too. Unless there's a program I can download does it all for me.

I just got a Sony Experia. But the internet isn't working because I think I somehow synched it with something or updated part of the software without realizing. I have to take it back to the shop to get it sorted. I resisted getting a smartphone for years but everyone has been commenting on my shitty little Nokia so I thought it's about time. I will keep the Nokia because it has some great features like conversion tables and a nifty calendar.

No I didn't change batteries. I tend to just watch news anyway. But this new lease of life in the remote is useful for switching up to the tit channels a few stations up.

I much prefer the layout of the samsung. I like that you can make the phone your own.

I loved htc, but they stopped it on my contract.

I have to write two letters and a postcard. One letter to my Mum's still extant partner, to enquire about the house. Been putting this off for months. Another to a Woman I've know since I was eight. She's kind of like my aunt in a way. Except she's Spanish. Then I have to write a card to Nick, my gay friend. A card because he never opens letters. I lost his phone no. I have his address but no postcode. Should be easy to find on the net. I've bought the stamps. I bring projects together slowly.

Better not waste too much hip forums paper...

That reminds me that I should write my nephew. I don't know why I keep putting it off.

    Feeling blah and depressed

Its a really beautiful day too, the temp dropped to the mid 80s, low humidity, a really rare treat in late July and this kind of weather usually puts me in a good mood but today is just bleehhhhhh

    I'm hungry.

Bacon, eggs, and toast sound like a winning idea.
