A few days ago I sent my murderer nephew $40 in prison.

Because I've talked about them a lot here and have always been disappointed with the lack of response I mean I know people gone be like ewww you listen to ICP so all you listen to is shit, which is probably true to an extent, but Wardruna is nothing like that stuff and it's not metals it's just real music. I mean as real as it gets. Hide and bone instruments.

He didnt recieve a fair trial. Defense attorney didnt do their job. The doctor had credible testimony for John's defense. Intoxication, assault, breaking shit, I could say more but what will that do.

Its sad that Karl died, but life in prison without parole for John...no....

interesting! man, my lower leg/ankle muscles get so achey when i walk a lot. And I did the walk to town for the parade (it's like 20 or so blocks. a joke to some, but I've been doing a lot of ass sitting lately ) and the museum/walking through the city the next day, so was sore after. Not as bad as in the past though, which brings me to my point. I would have had to apply icy hot after such trips, but magnesium-interesting. And yeah, I take magnesium orally nightly, but it didn't do anything for these muscle soreness this time...but stretching helps.

yeah, for FMS then? Yeah, I could likely really benefit from this (I have similar muscle aches)

I just had my last practice before the event and my heads all throbbing but I okay okay just this is going to be 8hrs or more. Going to take some more pain killers, quick smoke and warm shower.
