What's Happening?

Hit the beach the last 2 days after work. Lots of interesting stuff. Too many thoughts running through my head and none about the beach.

 

I wonder if it's the same egotistical ass I'm thinking of...

 

I'm fried, like an apple pie.

Fried, dried, and laid to the side.


I hate what these muscle relaxers do to my head and I only took 1/2 of one tonight.

 

Just Concluded Another 6 Hour Planed Power Outage Here......Didn't Mention It Ahead Of Time Because

I Knew You All Would Talk About Me Behind My Back And I Didn't Want To Give You The Satisfaction...

Close to 30C here. Last hot day of the week according to forecasts. Loved it this week: around 25C most days, sometimes warmer :cheers2:

 

I don't care for hot weather. Yesterday my car thermometer (notoriously inaccurate, but still) said it was 75F, which isn't that hot (23C). But I still got a little sweaty last night and I didn't even sleep under the covers.

 

It's soooooooooo rainy here.

 

I pulled up the weather forecast for my vacation.

Maybe I'll plan to take more t-shirts than tank tops...and some socks. I may be spending more time indoors in air conditioning than I normally would on a beach vacation.

I'm pre-packing today.

Everything that I want to take, besides clothes, is getting dumped in a plastic tote tub. I'll go through it, put some things in smaller containers, etc. and find a place for it in my suitcase or back pack.

I'm also working on cleaning water off the tops of the totes in my storage area because the roof leaks when it rains. I'm spraying tea tree oil on some mildew that happened on the ceiling there. It works great mixed with some water in a spray bottle.

 

I've just ended a long friendship. This guy, Kenneth, wanted me to do a drug deal for him involving crack and heroin. I said "right" and put the phone down. His habit had taken him over. He's not the guy I once knew. I don't think he has a soul anymore. I also don't want to know anyone who does hard drugs. He also wants £5000 from me to "run away". I'm sorry but at this stage in my life I won't suffer such fools so gladly.

Yeah, I feel pretty cut up emotionally, but I think so.

 

You had to do it because it's really come down to choosing yourself or choosing him.

I understand.

I had a brother like that.

 

He's a an even bigger idiot than me. Anyway, case closed.

 

I'm washing clothes and waiting on the mail. I have 2 packages to return and I want to hand them to the mail carrier.

I need to shower and dress so I can go cash the check my brother sent me...
