What's Happening?

Ill know here soon on my decision. I think im still going in July. Cause regardless of July or september, financially nothing changes.


I know i been all over the place, life has just been fucking crazy since the gang fight in my house.

My brother will be out of Jail by the time July1st rolls around.

So i should be ok to leave.

The GF surgery is a whole other matter.

 

I decided to keep watching it, too.

Does she need you to help her during her recovery time?

Yes I think so...

She doesn't want help with anything, she wants to prove to herself she can do it alone.

Though I help her out in many ways so.....

 

If she honestly isn't indicating that she needs you to stay...

 

I think she wants me to stay for the peace of mind more than anything.

Though she wants me to go to school. Its only a 6 month program. Then id come back. But from the day i leave for school and when I get back from school id still be gone a lot.

We would talk everyday and id come and visit as much as i can.

In all reality of everything I know I need to focus on myself. She would tell me the same.


Part of me is also scared to leave the oxford house. Though ill be scared no matter what time I leave. As im finally going 'back out there' so to say.

I know what i gotta do.

By the time I leave ill have 13months in recovery.

The 26th of this month ill have a year clean. I cannot fuck it up.


Being in recovery is the hardest thing ive ever dealt with in my life. Its so many levels of crazy.

I don't have a lot of excitement about it.

It doesn't feel its been that long.

 

My son is the same way. I think it's about 18 months for him. He still struggles but he knows that he can never go back even for a little taste.

Broon, if you don't feel ready, take some more time. Your sobriety is the most important thing right now.

 

I had some coffee, trying to kick this headache and need for a nap feeling.

One of the cats, Dusty, is in the hall hollering at faeries. He does it every day.

I'll put a load of towels in the wash and hopefully soon feel like washing dishes.

The dog, Emma's, walk is in about 45 minutes.

 

Years ago I worked for Crown Communication, Id climb radio towers and do equipment repairs. at the time it was to much travel. Im a home-bound mofo and I like to get high on the ground to much.. Get that Job training!! its going to take you places ..

Dinner is done, in the crockpot, whenever I want it.

I'm thinking about spending Saturday at the ballpark. I'll go ahead and start making sure I've got everything but food ready for that.

Tomorrow comes to soon.

 

Took the GF to work. We had a long talk. When i walked off the job friday i had a word with the new boss and called her out on all kinds of bullshit. I didn't know right before i quit, the assistant director quit. She didnt give her two weeks either! Now residents have been asking where i went, and their family members have been complaining that we were not treated good cause so many employees in May have quit. Its very complicated, but now state is there now. My girl is why did you even say anything? Never mind i know why.... its in my blood to speak up baby, you know that. yeah...

She has less than 3weeks in that place. Then its finally over. Crazy the heat she has takin, she so strong.

So hopefully i can still pick her up from work and bring her to my place.

I can't wait for tomorrow.

Me and her going to see the new Alien Covenant movie in theater. Then come home and I get all the sex I want. :rockon:
