What's Happening?

Hi. It's 3:10 am here and I just so woke up from a nice dream. I had a nice trip away and got to see my second cousin, who is a four year old boy, really nice boy actually. Also a whippet puppy who is teething and likes to bite, adorable little thing, still snuggling into me like I'm its mamma.

It's bank holiday this coming Monday so my money went into my account early, so that was a small blessing. I do live pay cheque to pay cheque. I'm getting new shoes tomorrow. I want the £79 pair but think I will have to settle for £45 pair,as I can't really afford the £45 pair.

 

I just looked up the new 2017 payment schedule for social security checks.

It looks like we were supposed to have been paid on the 26th...So show up in the fucking bank already!!!!

This isn't right!!!

The checks use to come out on the 3rd and they hit the bank on the 3rd.

In March, his check was supposedly issued on the 22nd and didn't hit the bank until the 30th!

OMG.

I'm so pissed.

 

Sometimes banks stall clearance of cheques so they can earn a little interest.If they do this to enough people they can make money.Could be that.

Of course, now we can't call anywhere to check on it until Monday.

I'm just sitting here with the dawn breaking through. Birds starting to pipe up. Very peaceful. I think it's going to be a good day. If I can average 60 percent over 40 of those I figure I'm doing good.

I need a new wok. Mine is rusty and I'm supposed to be doing stir-fry chicken tonight. I will have to clean it the best I can with some oil.

I got a 20 percent reduction on my shoes so they were only £38. They are brown brogues. They fit well straight out of the box so hopefully I won't get blisters as I wear them in.
