I was up at like 3500-4500 a day. :D but I was burning over 5000. Lol

Try hot baths too it's my little secret that I know works. If you're sweating then you're burning and what do you do in a hot bath? You sweat so you're burning those calories. :) do that for 4 days a week and you'll feel so much better. All the nasties will have sweated out of you, you'll feel lighter and cleaner and don't let the water scare you, you rinse off in the shower after if you're that paranoid. Straight up cold shower too, remember, the heavier you breathe the more calories you're burning, so make that straight up cold shower straight up cold and hard on you're lungs. You'll burn more. And, don't forgot to take an ice bath. Heating your core temperature... you guessed it... burns calories trying to warm yiu back up, so take an ice bath for more calorie burning. :)

    Girl!

I turned the shower water to cold to rinse my hair at the end of my shower and almost stroked-out because some ice cold water hit my shoulders for one second!

    You are a freaking beast!!!!!

hmm calorie restriction...interesting. I was just thinking about that (well, i have been) I've been, not necessarily intentionally, but like down to two meals a day for awhile...and i mean, it's ok, i don't need the calories right now. (being lazy af!) but yeah, i ...i start to get active again...i really need to keep it up, +and that's when I need more calories. Like, i have no idea what i take in but anything less than 1800 just seems crazy to me! (although I'm probably...well, i have no idea)

    -----------------
but...and why I am here right now...wthell man?!! I can't do anything today!! I had all these plans...but i just keep getting stuck in a zombie loop of nothingness. Well not entirely nothing, but nothing good for anyone but...

idk!!! my stupid friend started talking about something that seems kindof fishy to me and well, like the same shitheads that were being jerks to me are being jerks to my friend now and I just...I just...i'm kinda worried about it. Ughhh! I need to stop caring! :wall:

With a high of 75 F today the temp was 20 degrees above average. Crazy warm with temps tomorrow at near record levels.

I mixed up some kratom and juice yesterday evening and it got me out of the slump. It gave me the shakes and kept me awake half the night.

I hadn't used any in months. I was impressed.

    Must order more kratom.

I don't really take it anymore because I was having some bad side effects - although I'm not sure if side effects is the right word, it only occurred the day after taking kratom, not during. And I don't think it was withdrawals because I never used it heavily and it only happened the day after, but kratom withdrawals supposedly hit hardest the 3rd day. I guess it was just a kratom hangover-

Anyways, I had severe lack of concentration the day after, I would be in a fog the whole day and also felt an ache deep in my muscles and joints. Have you ever experienced anything like that? After my experience and also doing some reading by people who used kratom, I dont think its as benign an herb as I originally thought

I did notice a dependence/hangover after using it for several days in a row.

I think the only side effect I may have had was some diarrhea but I was using about a tablespoon a day when that was happening.

It's something to definitely use sparingly. It helped last evening with the chronic fatigue symptoms.

My dog got wrapped around a little tree and turned over my seeding tray.

I was going to move those to cups today but I didn't want to loose anything.

I may have lost a few marigolds and some valerian.

I defiantly feel foggy the next day. Of the neurological affects of Kratom is as a dopamine agonist, so it's slightly similar to the day after a very minor cocaine binge. Difficulty concentrating etc. A good night of sleep will help. So of course as you noted will not doing Kratom.

The other neurological affect is upon the brains opioid receptors. This can cause hyperalgesia. Increased sensitivity to pain.

    http://www.painphysicianjournal.com/current/pdf?article=MTQ0Ng%3D%3D&journal=60

However, talking as someone with no medical training, I'd say that's less likely, because opioid induced hyperalgesia is generally only noticed with people with long term uses of opiates.

I tried Kratom about a dozen times last year. I'm not a fan of any opiates honestly.

I got the White Vein strain of Kratom for increased energy.

It did it's job but felt like coming down off crank towards the end of a couple hours. Eating helped with that but it did leave me restless during the night.
