I think I like dreads too but I don't want to ruin my hair. >.>
I've always liked them though, I dunno though I could pull it off or would it even suit me? And then I'd have to cut my hair off.

The closest time was umm I dunno what pills we were on I'm assuming 2-CB cause my friend popped them a lot and anyway after about half hour into this trip, well it took half hour to get there I remember looking at my partners beautiful hair and it was dreadlocks lol. She had dreadlocks. And I remember saying to hey cooool you've got dreads! But she really didn't.

That was the night that we were watching the MTV channel I dunno what song was on, don't know enough to care but we had our own music going in the background, specifically insane clown posses "southwest voodoo" and no shit, like it might've been because we were on drugs I dunno, but the guy in the music video singing his own song, the words synched, the body language synched he was rapping to our song and we couldn't stop laughing.

One of those laughs where you were about to die from laughing like it was so epic I've never ever seen anything like it when "make a voodoo doll of ya and flick yo nuts" the dude on tv grabbed his balls like an Elvis move at that specific moment lol. Funniest shit I ever heard and saw on a music video lol. It was just perfect.

Then we laughed so hard we literally sobered up from laughing too hard. :F

If I were going to open a business in my county, it would be a formal dress shop.

I was shopping all afternoon with my granddaughter and we went in only one store that had any formal dresses.

I was so disappointed.

 

I noticed my computer was received by the store again two days ago so I politely say hello I send this on Tuesday and hope you get it soon. Knowing they already had it etc. and I get an email back I just reading now "hello we just received this but a little late in the week to work on it now will do on Monday"

Hrmmpff. You did not receive it just then. You received it 18hrs ago.

 

Are you renting the dress or buying it? Should be several renting shops at least I remember our formal shopping though, girls want the dress I suppose while the guys don't care about the suit.

I don't know where mine is now. =p

I was the only girl in the school year to bring a female partner along and the teachers didn't want to allow it at first because they didn't mind that I wanted to bring a girl but she was 3 years higher in school and I said no no no I don't care this is my date, this is my girlfriend. Actually she'd already left school at this point.

Her taking me for her formals was also frowned upon because I was three years younger.

They were afraid I'd be drinking. Of course I was drinking! they didn't see this but of course, I was drinking and I also electrocuted myself that night by sticking a fork into a disposable camera. I remember I threw it at the ground and few people looked at me and I was like... I dunno what just happened. But I had a burn mark on my finger and realized I'd just zapped myself.

 

She's buying the dress.

Somehow, between weekend softball tournaments, we are going to have to take her to some prom dress shops and bridal shops, which stock the prom dresses.

The department stores have a few but the colors are awful this year. There's navy blue, maroon, blush, then black and white in one dress.

She found one she like and it looked good on her but she wouldn't buy it because she didn't love it. I know she'd rather have a pretty color but this one is nice.

Yeah it's one of those special dresses where you won't feel right if you don't like it. Made that mistake too many times. =[

My miss just seems to be on the gas or on the brakes no "coasting". Though she snaps at me for picking on her so I'm don't say nothing no more. We got a bullbar.. suppose that makes me feel better lol.

 

I thought hubby must be reading the cat a bedtime story or something so I sneak back and have a peek. He's got on headphones trying to sing Bohemian Rhapsody, lol

I've seen the results of this mistake...when I worked in a collision repair shop in my 20s, my boss got a call from someone who went to a diner just up the street. An older lady had hit the gas instead of the brakes and drove her big Cadillac through the wall of the restaurant. So we jumped in his car and got a look, she did a good job, made half the car fit inside the diner!

 

three or four days ago the weather was purrrrfect. the last couple of days its been raining.
all too soon it will be never ending sun and too damd hot, so i need to take more advantage of it not being,
even when it is storming out. i haven't melted yet.

yesterday i spent ate bux on a couple of little rp gaming guys, about the only non-humanoid ones i could find.
i guess woc must have bought out ral partha or something. anyway these are beautifully detailed and just about right for my quarter inch to the foot model world.
one was a georgous griffin, and the other pack a couple of 'blink dogs'. (that's what they were called on their labels)

well i'm not into all the melee sim that seems to be the core of rp gaming, but i do love odd and interesting looking life forms.
so anyway i took them home and painted them, with reasonable care, if not complete purrfection.

that and the bus ride. which mostly, i just went out to get out and not spend all day sitting here, and to get another ten ride reduced fare senior bus card.
oh and i also had a mocha at the starbux booth in the mall.
relatively small investment, very good return on gratification i think.

 

Apparently, a feral black cat is living around here, so maybe that animal we saw was a crazed black cat after our blizzard who was starving. Stan saw it in the back yard yesterday. I never have, but I think it is living in the big shed outside here for warmth...and plenty of mice for it to eat under that shed.....I was wondering who got into that shed and messed things up a bit. I would love to give the cat a good home, but doubt i will ever even see it...it must be that wild,. I asked Stan..."Well, did it have a tail?"
He said...it did...and I said but you swore that black animal we saw did not have a tail, and I said then that maybe it did and we did not see it for some reason.....

scratching my head now....

and thinking about the poor cat a lot....Life is tough for it out there....

We had that shed upgraded when I needed to store my mother's things that we had to move here, quickly. An entire apartment had to be moved here, and the shed was on rock slabs on dirt floor before, and people made a floor that is raised...but the sides are all opened....for a size of a cat to go underneath and back above....I do not understand why the floor was made not to be closed all around....I think something about airing something at the time. i was in a heart broken fog at the time.....We needed to get things done here quickly.....Storage unit was lots of money every month....
I do not keep anything that can get ruined in there...after I had time to sort things out...mostly dishes and things I can wash...2 beds.......and things I don't care about that much. I had to make room everywhere else for other things I do care about....

also, some kind of nest is in the rafters....I think a squirrel has been living in there, also.

 

Poor cat. I love animals but I definitely have a soft spot for cats. I wish I could help all of them.
