What's Happening?

Feeling tired and weird; I mean, I know I'm weird but I feel weird too.

We didn't get home from the emergency vet until 1:30 a.m. It feel weird walking around the yard knowing there's a poisonous snake out there.

I've had the Orlando shooting on my mind because my daughter has started talking to me about it.

It's hot as all fuck; so hot that I had to make myself eat even a yogurt for dinner.

Everything's basically fine other than me feeling my weirdness, lol

 

There is something weird going on... Not sure what it is.

 

I can't say that comforts me, but at least I'm not alone in feeling it.

I've made a decision to step down as a moderator. As soon as Hip Chris removes my moderator status that will be done.

It is hot as hell out there! It's 86F with heat index of 107F.

I got up earlier than usual today to get some things done around here... like laundry. I hate having to run that clothes dryer!

 

So, the doctors office calls me yesterday and tells me that my blood glucose came back slightly elevated and they wanted me to come and give them more money another vial of blood.

Nope. It was 111 after eating and while drinking a Pepsi.

I'm working on getting my bp down. That concerns me more than blood sugar of 111.

 

Pepsi light? Sorry if that annoys you...! Also sorry to hear you're mod off. Is it permanently or just for a while?

 

Last year I ended up in hospital, my bp so high they couldn't even measure it.
They gave me meds, and then it came down to "only" 200/120.
It turns out my thyroid was acting crazy again, causing all sorts of symptoms in my body.

Anyways, high bp is a bitch.

And now I want a cold Pepsi, damn you.

 

Being a mod here is stressful because people are so nasty. I'm probably not going to feel like signing up for more of that. :rofl:

Mine is manageable so
I want to keep it that way.

 

We are getting some great rain! I'm about to throw the triplets out in it and lock the door so they can't get back in!

Our grass was dry, crunchy. and brown. Now, it's turning green again!

I so dislike groundhogs...

 

Once, I've been through an area near here that has them. It was unbelievable to me.
