What's Happening?

My new internet service is a lot faster than my previous. I'm happy with this. I switched to an Optus network that had decent coverage from mobile broadband 4g which is better than any network cabling around our medieval town which they don't want to ruin by laying cables. Fair enough too I think. I don't want to see that either. But I also wanted faster internet. Sooo I am now officially wireless.

Have had to update my VPN re-routes though. Needed a lot of updates. :d now I was ping from America before to watch the pre-race stuff and pretty fast it was good. Now will watch that race a lot later maybe in 14+ hrs. I'm excited.

 

How can she wear that jumper Aeri? I'd have to burn it. Lol.

Oh okay.

I couldn't do that, I mean, I waited for the Broncos to win before I got my SB50 t shirt.

 

Mind you, I did jump the gun on my Jeff Gordon Drive for Five after he won @ Martinsville. but I was like cmon, I was there I need that shirt.

 

Well, Atlanta did play in the Super Bowl, so technically it's okay...I don't think it says winner...I'd have to look.

 

I dismantled this old funky lamp that hubby and his brother bought at a garage sale, years ago. I kept it because I knew it had some kind of potential.


It was a tall lamp with a globe almost just like this in the center.









I'm going to turn it into a pendant lamp kind of like this.







I'll take a pic of mine when I get it finished.

 

that lamp reminds me of the light in my foyer, dosnt look like it but it just reminds me of it. 7+ years here and i never bought bulbs for it. some might be out but its plenty bright to see what i need to.

 

We're supposed to get bit thunderstorms, with winds from 50 - 80 mpg. tomorrow afternoon.

I hate storms.

 

We're supposed to get it here too, i'm a little nervous..especially since forecasters keep saying conditions will be perfect for tornadoes

 

Yes, The National Weather Service has been warning all day.

 

I cannot stay awake. I'm calling it an early night for me.

Just keep that in mind. I read that once and cannot remember where but it stuck with me for my life afterward. Like those souls that just, dressed in the black trench coat seemingly just aimlessly walking around all lonesome and I wonder who they are, perhaps they're a god walking in our mortal realm during the rain. I'm not sure, but it gives me comfort.

The storm line passed. It wasn't bad at my house.

 

I watched the news and saw its path towards you. Very glad to hear your good Aeri. I have some friends in New Orleans that got hit hard. Still waiting to hear from them.
