At least I got rid of the UTI pain in the middle!

 

If I can get moving I'll be mowing grass for most of the day... I think I better water some stuff first.

 

So happy I just had bruising inside and not a broken rib. This smarts but not like the break.

 

Only mowing I have left to do is along the fence around the farm...

 

Yesterday,I went to help with a therapy session at Kleptomaniacs Anonymous.

...I had to stand,as all the seats had been taken....

 

I need a nap!

I only got 4 1/2 hrs of interrupted sleep last night.

I doubt I'll get a nap since grandson is here today along with all the girls.

countrygirl is so good about mowing! I wish I had motivation other than not wanting snakes to start congregating. So, I'm planning on cutting grass over the weekend.

I'm not feeling all that great; but I've got on my Big Girl panties and I'm going to mush through.

 

They revised our forecast for Saturday.

Instead of 98F, it's only supposed to go to 93F.

We're going to catch some of the triplets' tournament but probably not those games in the middle of the day. We will come home and deal with our fur babies during those hours and then go back for later games.

Sunday, I'm going to see a friend of mine who I'm taking all of my Danzig/Misfits memorabilia to. I haven't met her baby yet either so I'm really looking forward to doing that.

 

Gonna be 90 something here on Saturday... I didn't want to be mowing in those temperatures.

 

Neighbors...ugh...

 

Yeah, it can be ugh with some neighbors. Been there many times...so much that i suspected my last neighbor of killing one of my cats...Petey....I knew I had to get out of there and fast...Not only that, but the road took a few too, there.
Now, I thank my lucky stars for the neighbors i do have.......

I live on a corner lot and my driveway stretches from one street to the other. We have an issue with people in my neighborhood using my driveway as a cut thru. It wouldnt bother me so much except at one point my driveway comes right up to my living room window. Every few weeks i'll glance out the window amd find myself making eye contact with someone.

We're trying to figure out a way to rig up a motion sensor to play a rcording of an old man yelling "get off my lawn!"

We have also thought about going out every time it happens and force them to have a 45 minute conversation about Jesus.

 

The recording really does sound like a good idea.

Short of putting up a huge fence, I don't know what to do to stop people from going on our land (not here at the house). Posting signs and such has only supplied the asses with MY signs.

I also live on a corner lot and at different times there will be various people drive through the half-circle drive as well as use the lower driveway to turn around. I don't mind so much someone turning around by just pulling up and backing out in the lower drive; but damnation, I can't stand looking out and seeing someone use the front, half-circle drive as their own personal little u-turn!

 

Just mentioned I was on a train to NY from linden nj where my aunt lives....didn't mention an annoying hipster talking on a Bluetooth just sat next to me.

 

Stopped at heartland brewery. Two different guys asked what I wanted. I told the first guy does the second guy know I ordered from you already? He said...don't worry about it.. that guy is an idiot. I should put that on yelp. First beer is a style I hate and it's good so I am looking forward to the darker beers.

 

Maybe put out the orange parking cones to block your drive thru way.


The only problem with the neighbors last night was that 3 people that have been huge trouble makers with atv's, dogs, bedding in the front yard, etc. asked to join our neighborhood facebook page which means someone on the page leaked it to them. That's where we talk about the shitty rental neighbors causing problems. It just disgusts me that one of the neighbors has done that. It's not the first time either. Several months ago someone also leaked something to the dog problem, trespassing problem, trash burning neighbor on the other side of my son's house - another shitty rental neighbor.
