Tipsy/Drunk shopping is the best. You tend to care less and have all these lollies and everything not good for you when you wake up in the morning.

 

There is a blood drive going on in town in the morning that I'm thinking about attending and donating some blood.

It's a white, strapless, sweetheart neckline, criss-crossed across the bodice with subtle gathers that extend to the fitted waist, it has a rhinestone belt that is about an inch wide, and the entire dress is covered in tulle that is lightly dusted in silver fairy dust! It has a full A-line skirt but not one of those huge ballgown skirts.

 

I would donate blood as often as possible but there are never drives near me.
I used to live near a blood center. I don't know if they have them on the entire peninsula here.

 

When I had my blood drawn at the doc, I was telling my nurse how I'm an old pro at blood donating. I haven't done it in a long time. I'd like to start again.

 

I'm 0- so they love my plasma donations it's just where I am they make it difficult.

 

I haven't done it for a while either. Years ago really.
Won't say no to free juice and coffee though.

 

I'm 0+ and I've only given whole blood.

 

One time I got a $25. Gift card. I hear they give money out often but apparently I go to the wrong people.

 

Listening to the braveheart soundtrack always gives me goosebumps, always makes me cry, always makes me happy, always makes me sad.

 

Mostly probably because like, I know the movie is heavily romanticized but like, I'd probably wage war on a whole nation too if they ever murdered my wife.

That's one of the inaccuracies the movie made out like Wallace only gripe with England was when they murdered his wife. He'd been attacking and murdering the English well before that.

 

Aeri that sounds like a lovely dress and I can't wait for the pics of the wedding.

I am no longer able to give blood because of the cancer and all the chemo. I use to donate every two months before that. It is a good thing to do if you are able to do so.

I am O+.

 

I'm O+ too. Plain old... normal.

 

The upside to that is it rarely a problem to get a transfusion if you do need one as it is well stocked in blood banks.

I've never done a DNA test, I don't need no fancy pants test to tell me I'm not of drachen blut or I didn't descent from the Æsir. That would be a lie!

 

Actually reading the pamphlet I can't donate because I've had corneal transplants I won't be able to donate anyway.

So fuck 'em I'll keep my own damn blood thank you!

 

That's what happens when you try and help people, get told your blood isn't fit enough for general society.

Well I'd wager everything I have my blood is just as good as anybody else's.
