A little cloudy, but I have no complaints. It is tank top and mini skirt weather here now, and I am happy happy happy.

 

My grandson is down to spend the day with all of us!

I'm going to help the girls bake a birthday cake for their mother.

 

My living room is a mess...Toys everywhere...And I need one of these ...lol

Big do nothing day because my knee started hurting yesterday. It hurts more today. I'm using the cane to remind myself to slow down so I don't keep saying "Ow!" while I'm walking around.

Yesterday, we found one of the bunnies with a pretty bad foot injury. We don't know if the bad dog, that keeps trying to get them, got the bunny's foot through the wire, or if their has been a bunny fight. Yesterday, I wouldn't have been shocked if the rabbit was dying. It was cowering in the corner of the sleeping area of the cage. I put some antibiotic ointment on a gauze and wrapped the foot. It's a bad injury but it might be too gruesome to post.

Today, the bandage was off. I had some drainage spots on it. The bunny came out to eat. The foot didn't look too gross. It still could get infected but I don't think the little thing is going to die from pain like I thought yesterday.

I washed a load of clothes and dried half of them. I've hit "air fluff" about three times because I didn't want to get them out and hang them yet.

I'm having some coffee waiting for the pain pill to make the knee feel like dealing with laundry. Ice didn't do anything to help.

It's taking me too long to feel awake today.

 

Got the backyard mown right before the storm hit...

 

So did i. I was going to do the front if the grass dries today...I guess it did because the neighbors are out there mowing.

 

I'm letting the grass grow in the backyard so that Princess has somewhere to lay and be cool. lol

Damn grass grows fast!.

 

I went back to bed. Hopefully, I can wake up this time and feel normal (for me), lol

 

Finally catching up on game of silence. It's better than I expected.

 

It has been raining on and off for 24 hours now. It poured all through the night. Today we had torrential down pours, and the radio was issuing some flash flood warnings for certain areas in upstate New York, as well, as high mile per hour winds and possible downed trees......
We did get the torrential down pours but not the heavy winds. Not yet anyway.
