What's Happening?

Jeans of any color....i am hard to please with jeans. They need to be soft and almost in rags like a second skin....I don't like anything too stiff, tight or uncomfortable to wear......

 

Jousting with the medical community. Getting a small town medical facility to realize the importance
of what a big city surgeon's plans can seem overwhelming to them. It's hard enough for the locals to even answer the phone.
I need a job like that.

 

I've fallen asleep every time I sat down today. I can't stand that.

Mowed the tree'd lawn up the driveway and out by the road this morning... Walnut trees have dropped most of their leaves. Maples haven't even turned color yet.

 

Just about to hop in the shower. another good jog this evening. Makes me happy.

 

Watching the little monster today...


Heard a loud noises last night 10:45 pm and the power went out for a minute, someone wrecked just up from us...He hit the electric pole, broke it and the car was on its top...Called 911 and walked up to see if they were ok...A man and his two kids and a dog...No one hurt...I left as soon has the cops got there...

 

Hubby got his raised bed planted. There are several kinds of beets that he wanted and he planted spinach for me.


I dug the irises up day before yesterday. I got them trimmed up and laid out the way I wanted them in the other bed with the Knock Out Roses. I cut through the landscape cloth so each one could be planted where I wanted it. Hubby came along behind on his little garden cart/stool and finished planting them. I couldn't do it with my bum knee.

So 4 rows of veggies are planted and around 30 irises. To think, I started out with 3 of those Black Irises.

I don't know why they are called Black Iris. Here's a pic of mine.

 

I've got a huge clump of Iris that needs dug out and replanted... Some day.

 

A critter has been eating my flowers...I think its a skunk...

 

Mine just completely stopped blooming when they got too crowded.

They got the soy bean picked yesterday in the fields beside us...The fields across the road in front of our house has corn in it...Same guy leases both of them...

 

i messed getting run over by not making it to a protest (dapl) here in the town (reno nv) where i live.
happened tuesday, just heard about it today.
(i live 12 blocks away and i've probably seen the fucktard who did it. and everyone wants to know why he's not in jail for fleeing the scene.)

The triplets are so excited that they will be staying after school on Thursdays for a club activity, starting this afternoon! They are growing up.

 

This weather is so beautiful (except for the drought).

I've been resting my knee all day but I can't take it any longer. I'm going outside to ramble around on my cane.

 

Got home and phone and Internet were out. Seems I missed last month's bill. The new one was due on the 19th and...well it's not the 19th so what the fuck?? And watching my mom's dog because she is on vacation for a month long road trip. Came home after a long day and the garbage can is knocked over. Full bowl of food and water on the floor. Just glad or worried that I didn't find no mess...she peed on my hand after I picked her up to bring her outside. I wasn't really upset that she knocked over the garbage I just acted mad for a minute so she knows she shouldn't do it.
