Well who is this "somebody else" that was out there?

Like you said earlier, there has to be more with this little dude than it was time for him to get kicked out of the ole family unit. Upside is...he has you. :)

I think its possible for wild animals to live in the "wild" and still be able to accept food from certain humans. Since you don't have a crowd in and out over there all the time, something tells me Little Bandit would still be wary to scared of humans in general...which of course I see as a good thing.

You never hear anyone talk about eating raccoons. I wonder why...they are more meat and easier to catch than squirrels.

I hate this prednisolone medication. I went to bed at midnight, burning the fuq up; tossed turned, sweat; finally turned on the light and it's only 3 a.m. Sitting up with a big headache, burning up, sweating. The dogs are happy. They got to out early. I may take a cool shower and try to go back to bed...just drank coffee, though...trying to get rid of the headache.

The "somebody else" was probably a raccoon from a different family. I didn't see it but both of us heard it go under the fence. They wouldn't necessarily get along, especially if there's food involved.

I'm pretty sure now that Bandit wasn't kicked out, but that the rest of his family died. Probably in that storm that knocked out my phone... He showed up right after that. I thought it was strange for him to get told to leave before he was knowledgeable enough to create his own burrow/nest/whatever... especially with winter coming.

i thought that the first time you said it. there are packs of them where i used to work and they stick together as a family up until they are full grown in my experience...and for a while after that i would see them together on occasions.

I have taken it before but it's been a while.

I can tell my chest isn't as tight. Breathing comes easier.

Still...I feel strung out on some dirty dope.

I'm going to the doctor today for the same thing - at least i suspect it is bronchitis. I told myself it was allergies for a few days, then when my allergy medicine didnt work i told myself it was a cold, but last night i woke up coughing up a lung and unable to breathe, i had to hunt for an expired inhaler leftover from the last time i had bronchitis to get some relief..and it occured to me this is exactly like the last time i had bronchitis

Did they give you codeine cough syrup? That stuff is the shit, not because i'm chasing a high lol although thats an added benefit..but nothing clears up congestion like codeine cough syrup, it just magically dries it right up

No cough syrup. I was told to take something over the counter for sinus drainage which started the whole bronchitis, as it does every year at Ragweed Season.

I got Doxycycline, $65 because I'm allergic to Augmentin.

    The Prednisolone dose pack.

And a new script for an inhaler which I won't need to fill because there's still some old (exp 2015). I have to get xaopenex inhaler because of the antidepressant I'm on. That would have been $75.

    Good Luck at the doc!

Maybe you won't get the pred dose pack and you'll get some cough syrup instead.

Yikes that sucks about the cost of the antibiotic, good thing you had an old inhaler. My inhaler is expired but it is working just fine so i dont think i'll get a new one filled if i get a script for it

I didn't realize the cost of the antibiotic when minute clinic prescribed it. If I'd gone to my regular doc, they would have known that I'm sensitive to the clavulnic part of augmentin, not the penincillin part. This minute clinic gave me the antibiotic they did because they thought I couldn't take penicillin.

I couldn't go into it at the point when I found out. I was just like "Yes! Give me anything. No matter the cost. I must get well!"

Every time I've had to go to the doctor (for bronchitis and even for pneumonia) I am given what is called a Z Pac, which is the 5 day pack of azithromycin. This is the antibiotic. I have an inhaler, which I might use 4 times a year.

I was prescribed prednisone 2 times and I told the doctor the next time I went for this same thing I would just as soon die as have to take that again. She said..that's fine...I won't prescribe it then. :p So, my lady doctor knows not to ever suggest that. She makes sure I have an inhaler and that ZPac, and that is all I'm getting. I guess the hospital would be the next stop if those 2 things don't fix me.

I think the prednisolone (or any steroid) is supposed to help open up the lungs or something. It does make breathing easier. It doesn't make the infection go away. As far as I'm concerned, after taking that steroid, I don't know how people that take steroids on a regular basis don't go on killing rampages. Hell I hated myself as much as I hated everybody else while taking that shit.

Steroids do NOT suit me at all (in case y'all didn't figure that lol). I wanted to cry or fight, or both the entire time I was taking them, and then for up to a week later. This place I go to will NOT prescribe valium or any other kind of anti-anxiety pill...I think if a person has something to take along with those devil steroids, the I'M GONNA KILL SOMEBODY reaction/response might not be as severe. I know I'll never know the answer to that. lol
