Well I'm talking about actual garbage... there's no way to reach a high enough temperature in open pit or burn barrel to actually incinerate garbage and a slow burn of garbage releases Dioxins into the soil. Over time they seep into groundwater or wells. Many health hazards to ingestion or even skin contact with Dioxins...

Burning leaves and wood/branches/brush/etc. are not quite as bad, but clothing I would not take a chance on unless it was one piece at a time into a roaring wood fire. Slow smoldering burn of just about anything could cause the same problems. Any burn pile should be as far away from a well as possible.

I'm sitting on my couch on a weekend morning, cup of coffee in hand, and doing nothing. This is my first morning off in weeks, and I'm relishing it :).

    How did that work?

Reading about your tea has made me want to try it...now "only" (lol) to find some around here or figure out how to get some otherwise/online. Figuring out how to finagle the funds to do this will also have to be taken into account.

OMG I am looking more forward to drawing SS retirement than anybody can imagine. I won't get a whole lot; but it'll be enough...and a damn far long way from the nothing I'm drawing now. :)

2 more years. I'm doing the draw at 62 yrs old plan. The gubmint BETTER NOT change me being able to. :cuss: yeah, since I can see that light at the end of this dang moneyless tunnel, I'm scared as hell something will change....and that is the only time I will ever talk about that. I don't want to draw any back luck this way, or some such. :)

I'll get either 75% or 80% full retirement at 62, and of course can work or make up to a certain amount (a lot to me at 10K/yr) without that affecting the SS retirement.

OK that is the last I'll speak of it until it is IN EFFECT. :)

Also the fact that the DEA is going to put Kratom on schedule 1, making it illegal to have in your possession.

I need to ALWAYS REMEMBER how dangerous and important-to-national-law plants that grow naturally from the earth are.

    Will tomatoes be next?
