We advanced too! We advance to regional playoffs and then if we win we'll go to national championships in Vegas.

I'm being VERY BAD and watching Survivor without my husband.

He'll never find out. I'll watch it again with him when he gets home from work.

    Bwahahahahahahah I'm so naughty.

That's awesome! :D I also got some good news I'm currently ranked 192 in the state and and those stats are worked out over 4 complete seasons. We do like a winter and summer season per year. I only played half of winter and a full summer, so I have 2.5 season of no points. So I'm told for me to be ranked 192 then that's really awesome because I've another 1.5 years to gather points to get my corrected rankings.

So far in the playoffs I've won 3/4 games and the one I lost I was furious with myself. Went in/off bottom left pocket. I knew the cue was heading that direction before I aimed the shot and I thought yeah it's looking bad but with enough top spin I'll get it to bounce out. Nope. Lol. And I had a chance really early to beat him too and left him 7 balls on the table. My foul gave him 2 shots and he won. But I got to Play him again. Now I've played him 5 times this year. He's a div1 player, good. Ranked top 15 in state. And the first time I played him he just messed me around. Knew he'd win but I told myself don't you dare go complacent on me I'll teach you a lesson. The 2nd game I got closer. The 3rd game I had a shot. The 4th game which was yesterday I should have won and the 5th... nailed it. ;)

Going to Vegas would be awesome. I can only assume you've much more players in the states. Happy for you girl. :) will you be on TV?

Fall Softball starts up this weekend.

The 14 year old is playing in Birmingham , AL this weekend. Next weekend she plays in Nashville, TN.

The triplets aren't so far from home. They're playing 50 miles away so we will go see them on Saturday.

I need to get a schedule for my grandson's Fall Baseball team.

I was going to ask my daughter tonight but she's feeling super sick. She went to the doctor today and was diagnosed with a sinus infection plus viral bronchitis.

my niece did all that softball stuff, she played on every league that was available, all the way up to senior year of high school. she was decent too, captain of the team and all. she just graduated college and from what i hear her back is bothering her. my sister and mom insist it is the heavy softball schedule she has had for the last 10+ years.

Anyone that says black don't crack has clearly never seen an ashy elbow.

But really, in general black people don't show their age like white people do. I'll never forget when I 1st started working for the state and I was interviewing this really pretty black lady. I thought she may have been in her 30's. I was 22. As I was looking over the form she had filled out, I saw what she had written for her birth date (year) and I knew it had to be wrong...she would have been 55!

I told her she must have accidently written down the wrong year for her birth date. I remember she laughed, said anything was possible, and asked what year had she put. I told her and she smiled real big and told me "No...that's it." I almost fainted. She had twins older than me!!!

I'm not saying every single black person on the planet doesn't look their age; but, since that time I've always been fascinated by the fact that so very many black people look damn good for what seems like forever...and I'm forever looking up ages on the internet. lol A black lady friend told me the reason they didn't wrinkle like us was because their skin had natural oils that white people's skin doesn't have. I told her I was glad to hear some reason because I knew it had to be something! Now my friend isn't a doctor; but, she is a very smart lady and I took her at her word.

They can put some cream or oil on those elbows and they are as good as new!!!

I can put expensive cream on my legs (that aren't even wrinkled but what I call scaly or something) and do it night after night but I still won't be able to tell a speck of difference within 2 hours. gahhhh

Grr my dog has made another mess of my rabbit area this time fully moving one of the cages. Dunno how he did it. Must have been jumping all over it.

Instantly locked in his kennel now. And he won't be out for a long time. We'll have our fence up by end of the weekend at least. Then he won't be able to get in there at all.

It's just disheartening. He'll reap what he sews when the grass becomes out of bounds. :) but I'm locking him away now for a while we clean the mess up and can lay there and eye ball us as he does pretending not to be interested but really can't keep his ears or eyes still because he has to know what we are doing. and we'll the rabbits out to bounce around without him. And he'll get jealous and sad and start whining. And I'll laugh and tell him to be quiet. :)

Its those dang stupid rabbits, worrying him...jumping and eyeing my buddy ( :D ) Big A, and he is just being a normal humandog wanting to jump back at them and play. Its just TOO hard not to want to do what they are enticing him to do. :-(

(I hope Laura gives him a treat.)
