It's a stumbling morning... This should be entertaining.

 

There is rain water on my ground; not much, but actual rain fell from the sky to my yard.

 

Went to an estate sale and found 8lbs of authentic silverware made of real silver. Which they sold to me for $6. It was unpolished so I suppose they thought it was worthless.

It is actually raining at my house right now.

It is muggy and humid as hell here again.....Where is the cool weather?

I'm waiting on the tylenol and ibuprofen to kick in so I can get around and get something done today.

I have an old sleep by numbers bed. It's got air mattresses. One of the chambers leaks I guess. It's been getting flatter and I haven't pumped it up. I can't leave it plugged in because the cats walk on the controls.

Anyway, I think my hip bottomed out last night. I don't usually have hip pain but today it hurts every time I put weight on my leg.

 

Canadian Hemlock is in the ground... Still have to edge the planting bed and then mulch. Had to move two Cottonwoods I had planted there earlier this season... They went into the nursery. The sod from edging needs to go in some bare spots too.


I got a bag of Cypress mulch for back yard trees... The new trees. There's no mulch around the mature trees. I got a couple of bags of black mulch and a brown mulch for the other gardens... All broken bag items @ a buck a bag.

 

Where do you buy the mulch?

We laughed when we went to Home Depot the other day...thinking about you slicing bags open and going to the register asking for discounts on open bags.

 

They know me in there... Know I wouldn't do that.



One of the cashiers sort of suggested it when they didn't have any one day, though. Actually I think she was probably just gonna change the price on regular bags.




I don't know if Home Despot does the same thing or not.

 

Yeah, I know you wouldn't do that but still it was silly to joke about it while we were back there near the mulch.


How much trouble would hubby get in for taking some dirt off a construction site?

He needs about 4 wheelbarrows full and found tons of land cleared for new houses in a subdivision near us.
