LAwoman, ofcourse also The End, Spanish Caravan and Love Street... ...actually I love them all......Im a doors fan......
So many, but I guess my few favorites are Hyacinth House, The Changeling, Alabama Song, People are Strange, Been Down So Long, L'America, and Cars Hiss By My Window (Yes, LA Woman is one of my favorite albums :-D)
The Crystal Ship and When the Music's Over 'I want to hear the scream... of the butterfly.' ahhh.... *melts* and that funky assed wailing guitar solo... almost gets me high!
Well, although I love absolutely every song from the Doors, I guess I am most fond of When The Music's Over. Next inline would be, Light My Fire, Orange County Suite, and People Are Strange. It's just way too hard to choose a favorite, out of all of their great work.
Hmmmm..... Some of you mentioned "Hello, I love you". Although I love all their songs, I think this one is their most commercial song. Tell me if Im wrong. I would also like to know what do you think about Oliver Stone's movie "The Doors"? I didnt like it. I think that Jim is showen in very bad light, it is unfair, the way Stone handled Jim's drug and alcohol issues, and I was very sad and disapointed (even angry) when I saw it. As Ive read, Ray called it "atrocious". What your opinion? peace
Gloria I heard LA Woman on the radio two years ago as I drove through Venice Beach California, that was too cool...........
