Full-size Arachnid Warrior Jaw | Prop Store - Ultimate Movie Collectables A full-size Arachnid Warrior jaw from Paul Verhoeven's sci-fi satire Starship Troopers. Warrior Bugs used their monstrous dual-pincer jaws to consume Mobile Infantrymen throughout the film. This lot comes from the collection of creature visual effects supervisor Phil Tippett, who constructed the full-size versions of the Bugs and ultimately earned an Academy Award® nomination for his work. This fibreglass jaw is hand-painted black with red-yellow stripes and moulded around a steel rod for affixing to the Bug's body. It exhibits extensive battle-damage, including a broken prong at the back, as well as exposed fibreglass, scuffed paint, and applied grime throughout from production.

Ming Guard Blaster | Prop Store - Ultimate Movie Collectables A Ming guard blaster from Mike Hodges' 1980 sci-fi adventure Flash Gordon. Ming guards carried their weapons throughout the film and used them to try and fight off the Hawkmen attack. The weapon is made of fibreglass and foam rubber around a wooden core. The weapon has a lot of wear from production use, age and storage. The foam rubber and fibreglass has decayed all over the weapon. Several sections have come off, including the tip of the barrel, the guard around the trigger section, and some of the detailing along the barrel. Other areas, most notably the stock, feature significant cracks. The weapon retains a musty smell from storage.
Kobas (Toby Kebbell) Spear | Prop Store - Ultimate Movie Collectables Koba's (Toby Kebbell) spear from Matt Reeves' sci-fi adventure Dawn of the Planet of the Apes. Aspiring Ape leader Koba wielded his long spear on horseback and while marching with Caesar (Andy Serkis). This urethane spear is hand-painted to resemble real wood with intricate Ape designs etched into it and faux bones protruding from the tip to add to its menacing look. This piece shows signs of wear, including areas where the paint is scraped away, but remains in overall good condition.
King Edward (Patrick McGoohan) Chamber Chair | Prop Store - Ultimate Movie Collectables A wooden throne-like chair from King Edward’s (Patrick McGoohan) chamber from Mel Gibson’s 1995 Braveheart. Several large wooden chairs can be seen in King Edward’s chamber. These throne-like chairs were originally commissioned and used in Franco Zeffirelli’s Hamlet, which also starred Gibson. Amendments were subsequently made to them before use in Braveheart. It has carved decoration at the top of the headrest and sections of it are painted red. It also features a red cushion. The golden lion sigil on the backrest has worn away. Overall it remains in excellent condition. Materials: Wood, Man-Made Woven Fibres.

During his eventful story, Forrest (Tom Hanks) meets Lieutenant Dan (Sinese) while fighting in the Vietnam War. Dan eventually loses his legs in the war and is wheelchair-bound for the rest of the film. This sketch is hand-drawn by artist Erik Tiemens and is dated 1993. The drawing shows multiple angles of Dan's legs, including a close up of one leg. Showing some signs of wear, such as stains on the right side, this piece is in overall good condition.
Princeton Date Night Puppet | Prop Store - Ultimate Movie Collectables A pair of puppets from the Tony Award®-winning musical comedy Avenue Q. First performed in March 2003, the show featured both human and puppet characters in a hilarious parody of Sesame Street. The puppets were either rod-controlled or performed with 'live-hands', a technique requiring a pair of puppeteers. These puppets were made and used in the Australian production in 2015 by Promotechnics, closely following the original character designs created by talented puppet master and creator of the original Broadway show, Rick Lyon. This puppet was used for the scene in which Kate and Princeton visit the "Around the Clock Cafe" on a date, which goes awry amid a performance by Lucy the Slut, some absinthe daiquiris and questionable advice from the Bad Idea Bears. Princeton is a single rod puppet in a blue button-up shirt and knitted vest. The puppet is constructed from upholstery foam, plastic and cardboard, covered in Antron fleece. Computer programmer Kevin Flynn (Jeff Bridges) was transported by the Master Control Program into a digital "Game Grid," where he and his fellow programs were issued discs which could be used for identification and combat. This hand-painted cream-color foam rubber disc features textured ridges on the front. The unpainted back features exposed foam elements. It exhibits signs of wear from age and use, including fading on the paint and small imperfections on the back, but remains in good overall condition.
