Whats a good website to see hows good a workplace is?

    Do extensive research on the company. If there are issues with the social networks today you will usually find them.

    Research their financial documents also as they tend to paint a picture and can also point you to time frames to research. For example if 5 years ago the PL was not the same as their trend, research that time frame and it may indicate layoffs, restructuring and so on. Good information to have.

    In England, some newspapers do annual awards of best employers. But generally it just translates to lower pay, and limpwrist gimmicks like "paternity leave" etc.

    You could try forums for the particular industry, maybe Linkedin etc. Also trade magazines etc

    kind of depends on what kind of workplace you're talking about. not that i know of any off hand, even assuming you mean like some kind of home office.
