I've got BBQ down to an art. A little while ago was smoked lamb with mashed potatoes, tiramisu chocolate mouse, and a spinach salad with 40 year old balsamic dressing. My pizza is pretty epic too, the homemade sauce takes like 10 hours if I'm really going for it.
I'm not to great at cooking but man you should see what my roommate can whip up. He makes everything from scratch. His pizza, garlic bread and Stromboli are some of his best dishes. The chicken parmesan is also excellent along with his ribs, i think we smoke them for about 4 hours. His baked goods are also pretty fucking delicious, I love all of the different kind of cookies he can make and his Cinnamon rolls are to die for. The homemade icing is what really does it i think. Theres a bunch of other stuff too that i can't really remember since i'm a little tired with it being 4 in the morning and all.
Kale dip (a healthier substitute for spinach dip, I make it with fat free ricotta cheese) Tacos Zucchini Blueberry Bread Cassoulet Salmon, many different ways. Not really cooking, but making: Guacamole Garbanzo bean salad Cherry Almond Smoothie
my wife and i have been making sushi pretty often, and we've gotten pretty good at it. we usually just do cucumber, carrot, and avacado, but i think next time we'll try yam tempura
I do something the Dutch do but then sort of re invent it in my own way but I make a Dutch pancake and then I cook up mince meat with bacon and onion and then place in middle of pancake and wrap it up into a sqaure and then cook them again in the oven. Sounds really weird but it's quite delicious.
