It’s the same where I am. It’s at least a fifteen minute drive to get Indian... and then it wouldn’t even be one of the better places.
Used to be the same for me, even a year ago, but I have noticed a lot of Indian places popping up all of a sudden.
I could either have so pasta a made yesterday, roast lamb I made yesterday or chicken salad wrap which I also made yesterday. I am undecided yet.
I used to have to drive 40 minutes to get good Indian food. Now, a nice Indian buffet restaurant opened up down the street from work.
Oh yeah.. Back on topic.. I got back from Cali yesterday with some fresh picked oranges I got at a roadside fruit stand. Fresh picked citrus is AMAZING. I need to move southward where the citrus trees grow.

Yessss We went to an orange plantation in Turkey. And we picked oranges to try. It's really something! Damn that was a fun today. The owner of the plantation was this really old man, and you could tell he spent his whole life doing honest, hard work. Anyways, we did that traditional Turkish thing when you kiss the hand and then touch your forehead, as a sign of respect. After we picked oranges, his wife took out the lemon cologne and the youngest person took it, and had to pour it into everyone's hands. So we washed our hands with it, and enjoyed oranges. And figs. I love figs.
Yes. Figs are a very underappreciated fruit, I think. My parents have a fig tree in their lil orchard. So so goood.

HJ's do have better burgers. It's called Burger King here, but very different menu. Well, they're called different things.
For some reason I eat oatmeal with craisins every Sunday. Lunch i had a turkey, cream cheese and cranberry sauce. Dinner was a beef stew.
