i had a breakfast bar for breakfast, leftover taco salad for lunch, and a whopper meal from burger king for supper.
I made a mistake and had KFC for lunch, am lethargic now and going to nap and hopefully sleep and digest it off.
I find it a lot easier to diet if I just dont eat. Which may sound stupid, but if you are counting calories or carbs, makes you think about food all the time
Peanut butter toast and coffee for breakfast. Cliff bars because I was hungry after the gym. A cookie and some crab salad and crackers for lunch (I usually don't eat cookies for lunch, lol). Dinner will be vegetarian 'meatballs' in tomato sauce with roasted veggies.
Anyhoo yesterday was 2 coffees Salmon and avocado for lunch Zucchini fries and salsa for dinner But im going to pig out today and have some KFC chips with gravy, Im hanging
What is this? Some sort of strew? This thread is making me realize how much I usually eat--especially if I were to list every single thing. Coffee, some granola, an apple, a tea, minestrone soup, a few malt balls and a couple of animal crackers, a hand full carrots, a tofu scramble with: mushrooms onions, peppers, tomatoes, hot sauce and salsa, and some healthy-ish kettle corn.
yeah, i'm reading all these posts like "i ate a cracker and a grape today," and here i am 4,000 calories in.
I'm becoming less inclined to eat these days,Ike I aid before, in another thread I dunno, I just don't feel good after eating anymore. Some days I am starving but at the same time feel this ughh I don't want to eat. Anyway, I haven't had anything since yesterday so I have just made a quick ham salad sandwich.
