Haha!! I told you I could eat Actually I did think I was going to be hurting after that but I walked it off this afternoon.
I had some yogurt and an apple not long ago. Also, a tilapia sandwich, a whole lot of steamed vegetables with some salad dressing, and my usual breakfast of oats with a protein shake + banana. That's all I can think of right now. I had the steamed veggies twice, hence "a whole lot".
We had a catered breakfast at work. Eggs, bacon, hash browns, a wide assortment of pastries. I skipped lunch and sampled more pastries all afternoon instead Shrimp and steamed veggies for dinner
I've had two veggie/protein shakes. But I also had pizza. Only a slice and half, but I've been eating mostly keto, so now I feel gross. But.....pizza! Ya know? I'm stressed right now.
We had black bean burgers and marinated sweet potatoe/broccoli. No creatures were harmed for that meal!,
Roast chicken and salad Saigon roll. Made minutes fresh by the lovely lady at the filling station. in fact was so good and healthy I have a hankering for another one.
No Take Away Here For Some Time Now..... I Just Cook Something Simple......For Example Today's Lunch Was A Couple Of Banger's.....One Egg.....Meat Pattie.....Grated Cheese......And Mixed Veges..... With A Splash Of "Dead Horse"..... Cheers Glen.
I had a chicken sandwich for lunch (that I made - not from a restaurant). Before that I had some steamed vegetables between breakfast and lunch. Before that, oats w/ protein shake + sliced banana. I also had some crackers. (probably 10...) I have lost about 28 pounds dieting and have no intention of stopping there. I want to get down to at least 170. Right now it's 178.
