I ate a chicken sandwich with cheese. Atm my wife wants a different lunch to what I want. So we'll probably end up with Chinese. no we won't lol. We are going healthy!
Same. I mainly 'snack' after dinner. Or its just fruit. Could do wonders on your stomach. Although i would limit snacking. Stopping it completely probably doesn't go well either. I used to eat a lot of crap in between meals too.. it felt like my right. Like hey, this is freedom; instant gratification because I feel like it. But now it feels i was seduced by the industry and shake my head when I see teens acting like they made a conscious choice when they get rubbish early in the day like every day.
Coffee Crepe with walnuts and some kind of cheese thing 2 apples For dinner I'ma make some soup with huge chunks of carrots because carrots are life.
I also had coffee, my usual oats with a banana and a protein shake, and just now finished 1/4 cup of unsalted mixed nuts.
If I list everything I ate before 6 pm it seems to me I chronically eat too less. So this thread might have some extra purpose! :-D Seriously, i need more calories during the day. I shove them in mostly at dinner time and then some much needed extras in the evening.
Oatmeal, banana, and coffee for breakfast. Cliff bar after the gym because I forgot to eat something before going. Naan bread and hummus for lunch. Dinner will be haddock, roasted potatoes, and maybe some frozen veggies just to be a bit healthy.
I made a rice bowl type of thing for lunch with rice, tomatoes, peppers and onions. Sort of a better-use-these-veggies-before-they-go-bad recipe I went to chik fil a for breakfast and my biscuit was heart shaped. And I realized i've reached the stage in my life where heart shaped biscuits make me happy
That would make me happy too. Also, latte art. I usually take my coffee black, but sometimes if I'm at a cafe, I get a latte. Just because I am basic and like latte art
