A meh salad. Grilled chicken, roasted corn, and cheese on top of a bed of lettuce, but I've been working out with a bit more intensity over the past few weeks, and I need more sustenance. Sustenance. That's a good word.

That can be arranged I should have taken a picture of how it was made. They had a tin cup that went on top of this cup with a strainer on the bottom and they put the hot water and coffee grounds in that cup and it strained into the bottom cup, which had condensed milk in it
Coffee coffee coffee. Matcha. A bunch of jawbreakers. Beet, walnut, and goat cheese salad. An apple. A lil' caramel filled truffle. Now a few adult beverages. Not sure what is for dinner.
