the possibilities are endless. i dont think meatless cooking is very restricting, really. i eat meat, i love it, but i love veggies, too, and they're both delicious and good for you

I love spinach lasagna, but we'll have to convince John. He's not a fan of spinach.

You're in luck! Meatless meals are about all I'm even any decent at cooking. I'd make you the best potato soup EVER. And sweet cornbread. That was my specialty. :D

i love this about you. your pizza sounded awesome.

aura, i would make you roasted tomatillo and black bean tacos with cilantro, corn, tomatoes, onions, garlic and LOTS of cheese. vegetarian tortilla soup, guacamole salad, and mexican rice.

pop that baby out and i'll make you a big fat margarita, too.

I am sorry, but it is too late. The wheels are already a-spinnin' and there's nothing I can do to stop it now.

You will consume meat. It's the sad reality of things.

i hate frozen spinach for most things, but fresh spinach is a different story. mad good. plus in lasagna it isn't like you use a ton of it or anything, just enough to give a little extra flavor, color, and nutrition :)

Honey glazed tofu. It's my favorite thing to make when I want a home cooked meal but don't really feel like cooking that much. It's easy and delicious .

i'm not a fan of cornbread, too dense. whole wheat bread is good if it is surrounding a sandwich.
