    Running, cross fit, or spin classes
    Stair climbers are good too, but not at all fun. :sob:

    There are everyday things you can do as well, park far away from the entrance to the grocery store or shop entrance, for example. Take the stairs instead of an elevator. Those things add up, too.

    i'm sure telling yourself to get it done adds yuge muscle and reduces bodyfat without even leaving the couch.

    I am going to start an interval training regiment
    It's all about being as lean as possible we shall see
    sometimes changing up your routines is a good thing

    the old saying
    NO PAIN, NO GAIN
    is actually very true
    especially for CORE work
