Most Women’s panties fit me great but I don’t like anything that’s lacy or mesh in the front because my testicles tend to fall out and that’s uncomfortable but spandex like hipster panties or ones that are lacy only in the back and bikinis keep me in and I’m not big (feel like I’m on the smaller side) so that helps lol

 

And that’s all I’ve worn for years. I have 100’s of panties and they actually hold up better than any boxers or men’s underwear I’ve ever owned. Some are distinctly feminine some not so much.
