It's anecdotal evidence about what you're choosing to MAKE work and it's just plain bad. People stop giving advice if you have zero knowledge about exercise nutrition. Don't even share, you're the reason 95 percent of people are profoundly confused on this subject. Also you did not lose anywhere close to 40 legit pounds in 3 weeks, and if you did ... whoa don't treat your body like that. You can lose maybe 10-15 pounds of water extremely quickly but it's very temporary. Anything over 5 pounds a week of real weight loss is silly. That's 250+ pounds in a year, who needs to lose weight quicker than that?
The best solution is to eat proteins (chicken, boiled eggs etc.) Many trainers and dietitians are sure this kind of diet will help to gain muscles quickly and effectively
