My girlfriend and I are trying to think of things to do together.
    The movies are getting boring.
    Any suggestions?

Go to a park and smoke together.

Make dinner together and eat it.

    Have a picnic.

How about doing some volunteer work together--it's lots more fun than it might sound.

This may sound a little lame but it's actually rather interesting... maybe take a course together or sign up for some kind of book club or something... it's a short commitment but it's something different to do one day a week.

Check out what's going at a local library or down town somewhere for festivals, plays, historic tours etc and do that one saturday... usually less expensive than a movie and a good way to spend a day!

well of course the OBVIOUS suggestion is sex
but you CAN get tired of THAT too!

what i would suggest is diversity
try to find as many different things
that are interesting to both of you as you can

road trips, preferably on bussess and trains where you can
enjoy the scenery and don't have to concentrate on driving

that and long quiet walks in the woods

also i think time appart to enjoy things that can only be enjoyed alone is important too

    =^^=

take an art class together, or just get a huge block of clay and have fun with it, there's nothing more fun than creating a piece of art together, especially when you're thinking symbolically, it can really represent your relationship. go mini golfing, go swimming while the weather's still nice (try to find a private spot or a nudity tolerant beach if she's up for that), go to the animal shelter and adpot something small, maybe like 2 mice from the same family and each keep one, then you can take them on play dates heehee... take a salsa or ballroom dancing class, each make something unusual and bring it for a picnic, along with a bottle of wine. see if your town has one of those "tourist in your own town" deals, or if not just pretend your tourists, get a disposable camera and go nuts at all the popular touristy spots in your town. if you want to go all out get dressed up all tacky (fanny packs and all) and ask obnoxious question to locals.

hope you can use some of these, they've all proved to be fun when i was with someone. i am soo aloooone! *cries*
