So tomorrow I will be celebrating Thanksgiving alone for the first time in pretty much ever. I don't have a girlfriend anymore, and the girl I started recently seeing went home for the week. And I wasn't able to make it out to where my family lives in another state. Are places even open this day? I kinda wanted to hit the links but idk if they're open. What are yall doin?

We weren't up for going anywhere this year so we're having a pretty relaxed meal with my son, his wife, and their 4 daughters. They live next door so all we have to do is walk across the yard. We aren't even cooking a turkey. We will eat ham.

    Bummer dude.

A lot of restaurants are open on Thanksgiving doing a special menu.

My GF has to work so Thanksgiving is kinda "meh' this year. I know movie theaters are open. I'm just eating at my neighbors with some friends and then I might go to the movies.

I believe IKEA treats it's workers pretty well so I doubt they will be open that day, at least not during the day. Taco bell on the other hand... :)

Many places are closed. I will be here most likely. There will be nothing else to do.

i love being alone. though it would be kind of nice to have a big dinner with a bunch of friends.

i know what i'll probably be doing this year. just what i always do every day.
playing with trains on the computer and making 3d pictures and animations.

maybe i'll get up and walk around, but i doubt i'll do very much of that on a day with reduced bus schedules.
maybe i'll microwave some turkey burger with cream of mushroom gravy on top of it.

oh i did, just yesterday, splurge for a pumpkin cheesecake at trader joe's.
only eaten one wedge of it and a couple of extra bites on each side so far.

My family is all in other states, and my boyfriend isn't really close with his family. We'll have a small meal (ham) and his son invited a school friend over because apparently she's all alone.

Our menu will be a Ham and a Chicken, cooked by my son and daughter-in-law.

I'll make Corn Casserole, Baked Beans, Baked Macaroni and Cheese, and a Pumpkin Pie...maybe some Brownies, too.

I think the movies will be open.

    They are open on Christmas.

Go to a Chinese Restaurant; they don't observe American holidays.

Sit around in the same underwear from the day before, order in pizza and drop some of it on your T shirt and not care enough to change the T shirt, watch TV half the day, the other half spend watching porn and spanking it

Thats probably what you were going to do anyway

I'm actually doing that today. Except I got chili cheese dogs instead of pizza.

Make your own dinner and watch one of your favorite TV shows.
Later on that night go find a place where people will be. Bowling Ally, Pub, Play Pool, see a movie you'd love to see.

I know most people don't like going to the movies alone but I never minded it too much.

I'm sure you can come up with something to do. Happy Early Thanksgiving by the way! :)
