What To Do After Spawn Bag Is Cultivated?

Hi,
This is my first time growing mushrooms so I decided to start with Golden Teacher. I have done a lot of research online but still have a lot of holes in understanding... maybe you guys can clarify.

I have my spore syringe (purchased online) and my spawn bag gets in tomorrow (bought online).

I know how I have to inoculate the bag but after some time when the bag is all white and cultivated what are my next steps?

Also, if I just wrap up my spawn bag and put it in my closet without a heat lamp or anything is that ok? It gets at night about 65-70 degrees?

Where can I find or what do I need to make bulk substrate?

Also is it better to have golden teacher shrooms fresh or dried, if dried how would I do that?
