Yay! NMH fans! No one I know really likes their music even though I make them listen to it all the time... But I think their stuff is just amazing. "Oh Comely" is my favorite, it gave me goosebumps the first time I heard it.

okay, for me, there's probably a bunch that would fit these categories, so i'm going to narrow it down to a random one for each category:

love - Cheap Trick's If You Want My Love (that song should be an anthem, at least the chorus - course that's just my opinion)
laugh - hmmm...how about Vengaboys' Skinnydippin' (okay, maybe it doesn't make me want to burst out laughing, but it brings a smirk to my face)
cry- well, probably some country songs if a person gets into them, but can i rephrase that? instead of cry, how about one i take solemn or serious, cuz' that describes what i have in mind better, i mean i don't really listen to music that brings me down, but i do like songs that, kinda hit me if you know what i mean, the ones that you just do not diss, actually i can't narrow it down to one right now so i'll just leave it at that

Songs really get to me, but these are both sad and happy tears songs: Fiji Baby by Goodshirt; Drive by Bic Runga; Angel by Sarah McLaughlan; Tiny Dancer by Elton John; Halleluiah, the Jeff Buckley version, Jamie Cullen's cover of High and Dry; any version of Mad World; The Scientist by Coldplay... - damn it , i'm such a wuss

still, there are songs that make me happy, and make me laugh, like Alanis' stuff off Jagged Little Pill - so many good memories, like Mysterious Girl by Peter Andre (he just geneally makes me crack up, what a chump) and Tenacious D are blimmin funny, especially the video for tribute, with the torn shirt, the purple light and "Rock!". Same goes for the Darkness and their thumbs up, it's just so epic
