What social group by occupation do you admire the most?

Now some people have got their hate for cops or politicians out of their system ( yeah right... if that could *ever* happen) , I'm wondering what professions do you admire / respect /like.

 

I like ex military intell agents that decided the goverment is bullshit

 

They could still be double agents , working for Murderer Sam tho ...

Personally , I'd say scientists are the most important.
Otherwise we'd all still be living in caves and watching black and white TV.

I do not judge people based on their profession.

Unless they are strippers, and then I look down upon them.

 

I have a great deal of admiration & respect for nurses. They are expected to work outrageous hours, for less pay than perhaps any other profession except teachers, caring for whiney sick & injured people, most of the injured ones having acquired their injuries through their own stupidity....and then there's all those nasty body fluids....

really? every nurse i've known seems to make good money...

also, i'm sure there are plenty of variances, but don't they tend to work something like three 12 hour shifts a week instead of the normal five 8 hour shifts? i would greatly prefer the former over the latter.

i'm not sure that i'm fully comfortable with either system...

 

artists and musicians is what i chose, i know alot, and even though they're hardly making it, they still believe in their music or art. and creativity is beautiful to me.

in this town, its cosmo school. but i dont down them, my cus did that, and now cuts my hair if i ever decide it dont want to cut my own.

and she works at a state run hospital
