Make your own fake blood with water and red food coloring, and put it in a small container. Put some in your mouth just before you walk into the doctors office. When you get in, approach the receptionist, and just before you get there, cough that red shit all over the room, fall and go into convulsions. You'll either get your drugs, or they'll ban you from the property.
