If not to drunk by then.. were having portobella mudrooms topped with corn tomato and mozza cheese and itallian bread . Im not big on corn but this isnt a dreadful amount .. yeah mudroom... lol
I'm probably doing Chinese eggplant stir fried with garlic and chilis tonight. I have no idea what I will serve with that though. If you do fried Brussel sprouts you should add some chopped nuts like walnuts at the end and a spritz of lemon juice!
Good idea to add the nuts!!! I hope I have some nuts kicking around - I don't really feel like going back to the market.
And I decided to just add the eggplant to a stir fry instead of coming up with 2 separate dishes. I'm going to still use garlic and chilis and I will add a few spoonfuls of the kimchi I made yesterday because I'm impatient. Let us know how your dinner turns out!
I've been subsisting on turkey breast, tuna and whey protein all week. I look forward to having a REAL meal tomorrow.
I made a roast bbq pork belly on rice with bokchoy and broccoli. Hoisin sauce over the top. Was beautiful. I was hungover until I ate and now I'm feeling great.
I always cook my brussel sprouts. Fairly short. Never tried to fry them. Could be tasty too but I have the suspicion they're more nutritional when shortly cooked. edt: by cooking them I mean throw them in boiling water for a few minutes!
