What seperates us from the animals?

Separates us ? no man we are animals we are evolved monkeys and what not and yes its all about exchanging information and coming to conclusions. For all I care it could be done telegraphically.
And dogs man that's a perfect eg u could probably buy a dog psychology book and used it on humans u know, why mess with the software go strait to the bios after all its a two way street dogs figured us out...


I mean dogs life is easy sleep play eat and some guy just takes care off all the activity's for u. How does this pet keeps him interested in this work load well he communicates and pretends to be ur friend haha seriously sad puppy eyes no other animal does it, it learned to recognize the facial expression what it means and then to replicate it. Just another life form trying to convey its experiences and feelings to another. Oh and barks wild dogs don't bark only pet dogs do and we fucking understand them different barks mean different things.


So yeah i think we are the same just like my cells are no more separate from me as I am from them so all of life as we know it its a joint effort the thing that separates us is the way u can and did experience the world around u, I take it ur human well lucky u to get a good processing unit and some good sensors/outputs if u were born a bug or just other human well tough luck better work with what u have and try to do ur best at communicating, interacting, learning and then evolving u know passing on the joint processed information communicating trough species generation and even to an AI who knows maybe all of this is just one continues though that collects knowledge as it ponders.

We are animals but our species is unique in our usage of language.

I can dig this answer. There are certain artistic things in nature from animals like a spiders web and I guess one may say something like a birds nest but they seem to be designed with the evolutionary structure of the animal in mind. If we trace art back to the roots we could probably get into a whole nother long winded debate regarding like cave art for communication but really art is something souly unique to humans.

 

there is alot of verbal communications pointing shit with apes,, the know what they want, can even form sentences but still can not explain who the creator of all is.. Its all scientists ask over and over,why you think monkeys play dumb??,, humans are fucking stupid with questions when they clearly know what something is..

 

i think its surrounding ourselves with our artifacts to the degree that enables us to forget we're really NOT all that separate after all. and that THIS condition exists as a result of the degree of our drive to express ourselves creatively being greater then that of other life forms with which we share the planet we live on.

not such a fundamental distinction after all. and we'd best get over placing to much stock in appearances, before we start meeting people from other worlds, who don't look very much like what we're used to the idea of people looking like.

 

I thought I read somewhere that the only thing separating humans from animals was that we sometimes have sex facing each other

 

even language only exists because of our drive to express ourselves creatively.

Drugs for escape, enlightenment, enhancement, and recreational expression are things we have felt the need to do through evolution.

Animals lack the concept of reality or the language to express how they perceive it. Sure as hell cant want to escape from something you don't even know your in and can't explain what your feeling in description without complex language.
