A lot of people experiencing psychosis believe themselves to be JC.

They are not actually JC.

IMHO JC was a real person who is now dead, but he was not the Son of God.

So the real JC would be his second coming, which depends whether or not you believe in
the resurrection and Christian doctrine.

the 'first' was the one documented in the Bible, the man himself debatably being an actual historical figure.

To say he was the 'real' Jesus Christ may have religious connotations, i.e. he was both
an actual man and also the Son of God, but that depends on whether you buy into the story.
