What really breaks my heart

is when there are a mother and her puppies in the shelter and all of the puppies get adopted, but the mother is still there or worse put to sleep ): .
This is the saddest thing in the world to me, even with everything else going on. Dogs are just like little angels with big ears. It's ashame that they are so maltreated. ):

 

Kind of like the miles-long waiting lists for babies to adopt, and the system full of older kids no one wants.

 

That always makes me sad too!

 

Nothing makes me sadder than to think of all the little creatures that get mistreated,abandoned or abused.It's the only time in life I actually cry ---when I hear or see stories about this.I WILL and have done something about cruelty when I see it.

 

All they want is to be loved and appreciated --and to return that love as best they can in their own way.

 

That's really sad. I'm the type of person who would want to adopt the whole family of dogs, mama included. Although, I don't think my husband would be too happy with that.

look at it this way, at least her babies found homes. most mamas would die content knowing that.
