In response to the (very old) op: "fuck yeah"-Ghandi But in a state such as the us, it would be utterly foolish. If there where enough people ready to abandon the government and destroy massive amounts, all it would take would be a little bit of personal responsability. Educate yourself, make the right voting choices. All fixed. But that would make too much sense. Also then big oil and pharm wouldn't take your descision making burden for you. Wrong thread- not sure how. Trying to delete the wall of text above on my iPod was raising my blood pressure.... So enjoy my random unrelated thoughts
Anything but Republican, they to me represent what I, and most of the world hates about America. That "we're number one, we're the best, we love our guns, the constitution is the bible, god is great" chest beating redneck rhetoric.
Which party promises to provide the most at the least cost to me personally? Isn't that the primary question asked by most voters which results in their decision of which party to vote for?
That is why I support the Democratic Party. A vote for any other party helps the Republicans, because only those two parties currently stand any reasonable chance of winning elections in most parts of the USA. Don't like Bush or the war in Iraq? Blame Ralph Nader. Had he not run in the 2000 election, Gore would have won the state of Florida - and the election.
