How soon after doing heroin can one take suboxon? Do I have to wait until withdrawals kick in? If so, how far into the withdrawals is it safe to take the sub?

I tried the subs last week after 12 hours and got really sick...0 times worst than heroin withdrawals! Don't wanna make that mistake again! Thanks for the advice!
