What OPIATES are you ON RIGHT NOW?? Part 5

PC I'm heading up to South Carolina to look after my Mom. She just turned 80 and is still living on her own, so while im unemployed, this is a good time to do this. Ill miss Florida for sure not knowing what the pain management situation is in SC.

 

What am I on right now?

1. 50mg of Vyvanse- I took it at 9:00 am though so it isn't too strong, although very much so noticeable in a good way.

2. 4mg of Suboxone- I took it an hour ago and I am getting into "deep thought" stage, as the histamine flush just occurred and passed.

Time to listen to some music.

 

54mg concerta half a 100mcg fent. patch in 3 doses over the day. almost my whole 1/8 i just got this moring (but the ole lady smokes to) n 16 10oz budlights. def. on a good one.

Bit of codeine extract at the moment. For the most part I'm happy I've kicked my Oxy habit although I still get the urge to use it, and I think I'm still gonna do it, just not as often as I did before. I used to use everyday but for now I'm gonna aim for once a month.

Next time I use it I wanna have it all planned out. I'm gonna do it while tenting overnight on a small island near my camp. I plan on bringing 1 Oxy80, 3.5grams of weed, and a 6 pack of beer. I may or may not bring someone with me, but if I do I'm just sharing the beer and weed. The plan is to go there in the late afternoon, and spend the rest of the day drinking the beer, smoking the weed and building a nice campsite. I'll bring some food to cook over an open fire, and definatly tons of firewood. I won't do the oxy till later that night because I usually get the best effects when I'm good and tired.

It is weird: Since my doctor and I switched my stimulant from Methylphenidate to Dextroamphetamine, I have had WAY less cravings for opioids and thus have been able to lower my Suboxone dose even more.

You would think that I would want MORE Suboxone to 'offset' the more powerful stimulant, but it seems to be more subtle. It seems like since the Dextroamphetamine is increasing my dopamine levels more than the Methylphenidate, I seek less opioid dopamine elevation.

I am not complaining though. It means my tolerance is going down even more, and I am appreciating my opioids more.

60 mg. oxy, 3 oz. codeine syrup, bunch of caffeine, and some chronic.

Just 1.5mg of Suboxone. I am sitting out in the sun enjoying life. This is th first non-humid, less than 90 deg F day here in a LONG time! But the forecast calls for more days like this.

 

Nothing right now but I'm hopefully gonna pick up a 30mg hydromorphone for $35. If that doesn't fall through I'll just grab an OC40.

I was hanging out with my best friend (since I was like 10 years old) last night before he moves to Atlanta, so we both had some recreational Suboxone. Of course, his dose was like 0.25mg and mine was 6mg. I got amazingly high and sharing the euphoria with someone was nice since I am 99% a solo-doser.

When I fell asleep (I slept on his couch), I was so comfortable I fell asleep laying on my back with my hands folded on my chest like a dead body at a Funeral Home haha. I woke up eight hours later in the exact same position- hands evens still folded! That was fun, but I will miss my buddy a lot.

 

Jealous lol.
