I got 2 movies on VHS today

1) Flash Gordon - 1980
2) Bullitt - 1968

 

I got a Sailor Moon movie, but let's pretty it was Donnie Darko or something or that sort.

 

not a movie, but the entire series of Breaking Bad...I don't know why...I have not even opened it yet after many months of having it here.

The last DVD I bought was 'The extraordinary adventures of Adele Blanc-Sec, may be a lil girly for the laddie lads, but for the others def worth a glance. Before that, Ip man 2, a kick ass martial arts film! Haven't bought anything since then and that must have been a year or 2 ago.

 

I just got the movie THE GREAT ESCAPE today on VHS (1963),I didnt realise it was 2 tapes!!! (I swear we rented that movie from blockbuster in the 90s I think and it was only 1 tape! (It wasnt the original master though as @ the end there was that LETTERBOX crap) I hope this one doesnt have that garbage!! (Its a 1980 release (Put on the tape in 1983 by CBS/FOX))

 

Blade Runner: Final Cut on Blu-Ray. Best decision I ever made.

 

I got the movie BACK TO THE FUTURE (1985) on VHS on Thursday! (The original analog master for PAY CHANNELS in the 80s (This one was recorded from HBO on 4/1/87))

Last movie I bought was Man of Steel the day it came out.

 

I bought Malcolm X and This Is The End on the same day a couple of months ago

 

On Monday I got 2 movies

1) Rocky - 1976
2) 9 to 5 - 1980 (I have this but this one I just got is the original CBS/FOX release in 1984 and is MUCH NICER! (The Original reel to reel master is on the tape opposed to the newer HOME VIDEO master on my 1995 copy.. (Better colours,etc)))

 

Yesterday I got the original version of Tootsie (1982) on VHS

This is the original BEFORE THEY ADDED THAT LETTERBOX CRAP @ THE BEGINNING AND ENDING..... (And slight other changes)

 

Last week I bought Schindler's List on DVD, and Thirteen Days on DVD. Both great movies.
