Pardon the strong language, Molly, but it ought to be very clear by now that I don't give a fuck what the Bible has to say. :) Sorry.

Molly god being love, and love being god are too different things.

El, the old testemant god of Abraham was loving, so is Jesus,
Yahweh isnt so much, but you have to piece it all together.

I dont remember the title of this thread having anything
to do with the Bible, and belief in it.

Him being "non-christian" is enough of a qualifier to be here.

I am debating because I enjoy it, firstly. Secondly, because I want to see if any evidence can be given of this Invisible Sky Man.

And I don't give a shit about what the Bible says PERTAINING to my lifestyle.

enjoyment is evidence of the Invisible Sky Man... because there is joy and love in this world that draws from its source in the Invisible Sky Man

In our tribe, we are all pagan but one,
my best friends wife is Mormon.

And we all get along great, of course
each of us, her too, believe that the
others gods are just as real as our own.

She, being christian, just thinks hers is
    the all powerful one.

Having different gods isnt a problem, my
best friend and I, as well as my other
brothers and sisters of the tribe all have
different gods, but its our open minds
and similar worldviews that bring us together.

    That's a new one.

Because I can experience pleasure, the Invisible Sky Man exists!!! Ha ha ha ha ha...

That has to be one of the most desperate attempts to "save the Saviour" I've EVER heard.

    k.

i had mormons in my house once and they came across to me as very methodical, structurized, tense people. Maybe it was just them but i couldnt connect with them on any level...it was like they came from ouer space and never saw a human before.

I heard they believe that woman's only point of existence is to give birth to spirit babies for all of eternity.

    *shrug*

Wow, never heard that before, the spirit baby thing.

Their beliefs allow for other gods to exist, but
theirs is the head one, kinda.

They also believe that if you are good, you can
be rewarded with a world of your own. Where I
guess you will be a god, and that is how
Yahweh came to be god of this world.

This is my understanding of what I have been told,
so im not trying to be an authority.

well i am glad that you think i, for one, have conducted myself in a very adult manner, that is always good to read, so thanks for saying that. Sometimes i wonder what people think about me....i guess we all do...but i certainly wouldnt want to come across as dishonest or childish.

nice to have you join us. Looking forward to your posts.
